Baldur Athletics Extended Protection Plan

The Baldur Athletics Extended Protection Plan provides added peace of mind for eligible bats that are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Coverage

For the selected coverage period, your bat is protected against accidental structural damage that occurs during normal gameplay, including:

Cracks in the barrel

Barrel separation

Handle breakage

End cap separation

Other structural failures that make the bat unusable

If your approved claim is accepted, Baldur Athletics will provide one replacement bat of the same model. If the original model is no longer available, a comparable bat of equal value will be provided.

What's Not Covered

The Extended Protection Plan does not cover:

Cosmetic wear, scratches, paint chips, or discoloration

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or intentional acts

Altered, shaved, rolled, heated, or otherwise modified bats

Damage from using non-approved balls or hitting hard objects such as rocks, poles, fences, or batting cage supports

Theft, loss, or fire

Normal wear from extended use that does not affect playability

Damage resulting from improper storage or environmental conditions

Claim Requirements

To file a claim, customers must provide:

Original proof of purchase

Photos of the damaged bat

A description of how the damage occurred

Baldur Athletics reserves the right to inspect the damaged bat before approving a replacement. The damaged bat may need to be returned before a replacement is issued.

Replacement Policy

One replacement per Protection Plan.

The replacement bat does not include a new Protection Plan unless purchased separately.

The Protection Plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Coverage Terms

The Extended Protection Plan begins on the original purchase date and remains active for the purchased coverage period 12 months.

This Protection Plan is optional and is available for purchase only at the time of the original bat purchase or within 30 days of purchase.

By purchasing the Baldur Athletics Extended Protection Plan, customers acknowledge they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
